Do you have a mint close by? This is as great way to quickly rid of bad breath. A mint may not solve your problem, but at the very least it will mask it for the time being. The same holds true with a piece of gum. If you know that bad breath can come on at anytime, within reason, you should always have a mint or gum nearby.
